Refund policy

We want you to love your jewelry from NP Colletion. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns Window You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at npcollectionshop@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
