party suppliers to fulfill and ship customer orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
In the event of high order volume or supplier delays, processing times may be
extended. We will notify you via email if significant delays occur.

Since our products are shipped directly from our global suppliers, delivery times may
vary depending on your location:

3. Shipping Rates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $250.
Expedited shipping may be offered at an additional cost depending on availability and
location.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking
number and tracking link (when available).
Tracking updates may take up to 5–7 business days to become visible after dispatch,
especially for international shipments.
5. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
We ship worldwide unless otherwise noted.
Customs Duties, VAT, and Import Taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer
and are not included in the product or shipping price.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or refusal to pay import
fees.
6. Delivery Issues
Missing or Delayed Orders:

Please allow up to 40 business days from the shipping date before requesting a
reshipment or refund for lost parcels.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at the time of
order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
provided by the customer.
7. Split Shipments
To reduce shipping times, items in your order may arrive in separate packages if they
are sourced from different suppliers or warehouses.
