dropshipping business.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined

1. Returns
We accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:
- The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- The customer provides proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email).
- All returns must be approved in writing before being shipped. Unauthorized returns may
not be accepted or refunded.
Please note: As a dropshipping store, we coordinate returns with our third-party
suppliers, and policies may vary slightly depending on the item and supplier.
2. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
Due to the nature of certain jewelry products and hygiene considerations, the following
items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved items, made-to-order
- pieces)
- Earrings (due to hygiene and safety concerns)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as &"Final Sale &"; or "Clearance;
3. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of
payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s
processing times.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs
are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed defective or incorrect.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please notify us within 48
hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
After review, we will work with the supplier to offer a replacement, refund, or exchange
at no additional cost to you.
5. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. To

6. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

return.
We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Securely package the item and ship it according to the instructions provided.
